The series of explosion-proof motor is our specially design and manufacture for explosion proof propeller fan,it is applicable for coal mine no-ming surface and factory use. Power rating,installation size in line with the International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)standards,according to GB3836.1 "Explosive Environment Part 1:General requirements of equipment" and GB3836.2"Explosive environment Part 2: Equipment protected by explosion-proof enclosure" d " Regulations made of explosion proof motors,explosion-proof mark is EXdIMb,EXdIIBT4Gb.Common Explosive Gas Mixture Classification and Temperature Grouping is same as YB3 series explosion-proof of Three-phase Asynchronous Motor.
The motor with center height of 160 and above use for local fan and the motor with center height 250 and above use for main fan are equipped with in and out oil device.The motor with center height 250 and above use for main fan reserved bearing temperature measurement element location.
The length of the lead pipe of the cable connection device for the fan use can be customized according to the user's requirements.

Under 380v,Power 3kw and below is star-connection;Power above 3kw is delta-connection.
CONDITIONS OF USAGE
Working environment temperature:-15-35ºC(mine) or 40ºC(factory);
Altitude requirements :No more than 1000 meters;

TERMINAL BOX STRUCTURE
Motor terminal box has excellent explosion-proof structure performance and high protection grade,and has larger cavity for wiring.IMB30 type junction box is located at none-driving shaft and cover,the axial line;IMB3,IMB5,IMB35type junction box is located on the base, with the lead pipe,redial line.and inlet cable entry type is divided into rubber sets of cables, steel pipe wiring two kinds. Can be made respectively in accordance with the requirements of different starting type, make one inlet entrance(applicable to motor starting directly) or two inlet entrance (applicable to motor Y-delta stater).Connection box inlet entrance specification and the scope of application:
